State Water Plan - Public Comment Synthesis ( PDF document )

The Center helped New Mexico develop a State Water Plan. We worked with the Interstate Stream Commission to analyze and synthesize the hundreds of comments received at 29 public meetings held by the Interstate Stream Commission in the fall of 2003. These comments were included in the State Water Plan.
