Utton Center Model Interstate Water Compact CLE - June 7-8, 2007
The Fourth Annual Water Policy CLE co-sponsored by the University of New Mexico School of Law's Utton Transboundary Resources Center and the Natural Resources, Energy and Environment Section of the New Mexico State Bar was held on June 7-8, 2007 at the New Mexico State Bar Complex. The topic was The Utton Center Model Interstate Water Compact: Why this Model Is Useful Whether or Not Your River has a Compact - Advanced Management Principles for Interstate Rivers.
