Partners and Collaborations
The Utton Center conducts scholarly and applied research as part of its core mission and The Utton Center collaborates with and provides education on solution-oriented research to the public; the legislature, judiciary, and executive branches of government; educational and non-profit institutions; tribal and local governments, and others.
Community partnerships allow the Utton Center to look for solutions through a multidisciplinary approach. Scarce resources in New Mexico necessitate partnerships across various sectors, especially in the non-profit community. The Utton Center supports these initiatives by providing expertise in law and policy. As UNM School of Law is the only law school in the state, the Center provides a unique service in New Mexico.
