New Mexico's Rio Grande in the 21st Century
The deep interconnections between agriculture, urban, and environmental uses of water are deeply entwined in the history of water management in New Mexico's Middle Rio Grande, Utton Center Director Adrian Oglesby and Writer in Residence John Fleck, with a group of New Mexico water experts, write in an article in the May 2024 issue of the Water Report.
