Water Matters! is a hallmark publication of the Utton Center that provides authoritative and independent information on water policy and legal issues for New Mexico. This publication, which was last updated in 2015, was historically prepared for the New Mexico Legislature and is widely used by policymakers, educators and student, and the public.
