Adrian Oglesby, Director of the Utton Transboundary Resources Center, presenting to the attendees of the NM Water Leaders Workshop hosted by the New Mexico Bureau of Geology & Mineral Resources, New Mexico Institute of Mining & Technology in Socorro, NM on December 1-2, 2022. 

Adrian, is pictured here at the San Acacia Diversion Dam, located on the Rio Grande River in the Socorro Division of the Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District. Adrian is giving a brief history of the journey the water makes from the headwaters in Colorado all the way south to the San Acacia Diversion Dam to Elephant Butte Reservoir.
