The Utton Center Attends the Congreso de las Acequias

The Utton Center's Ombudsman Program Director Stephanie Russo Baca and Administrative Assistant Sairis Perez-Gomez attended the Congreso de las Acequias at Highlands University this past weekend. Stephanie and Sairis tabled and presented on the Shortage Sharing StoryMap, which can be viewed here, and the work of the Ombudsman Program in general. They had a wonderful time meeting with the public and discussing the rich culture of acequias in New Mexico with stakeholders, prospective UNM Law School students, landowners, and more!
