Rio Grande Basin in New Mexico Documentary

This documentary follows the Rio Grande from just below the Colorado state line to Elephant Butte Irrigation District and discusses water management in the face of increasing aridification. This documentary was produced by the Utton Center Staff Attorney and Water Policy and Governance Analyst Rin Tara, and was editted and filmed by Amari Becker of Greywater LLC.
