Utton Center Research Student Interviewed for KOB

Albuquerque television station KOB turned to UNM School of Law third year environmental law student Wiley Waggoner recently to try to understand the implications of a dry Rio Grande to New Mexico's water future. Waggoner, who has worked at the Utton Center during his time at UNM, said the New Mexico's water law will play a crucial role as communities struggle with who should get water as it runs short, and what the state must do to help people whose livelihoods are threatened by our shrinking supplies. See the full story here.
