Rio Grande Basin Documentary Premiere

On March 2nd, we premiered our new documentary "Rio Grande Basin in New Mexico" produced by the Utton Center's Water Policy and Governance Analyst and Staff Attorney Rin Tara. We had 130 guests come to watch the documentary, and participate in our panel.
